It has been 6 months now since we moved in and I must say that we are LOVING IT! The area is BEAUTIFUL. The grounds and facilities (clubhouses, fitness center, movie room, library, and laundry rooms) are well maintained and ALWAYS clean thanks to Joaquin. The maintenance crew Jose, Juan and Ken are THE BEST. They are on top of whatever needs attention. Even the event planner, Lela, makes sure everyone's needs are met with FANTASTIC monthly activities. Zero stars. My thirteen months residency at Morning View Terrace was a nightmare. The best thing about my experience was moving out. Challenges included the following and more: rats, inadequate water pressure, numerous major plumbing issues in the building, trash piling up, car broken into, parking issues, air conditioner failure, noise, smokers galore, teenagers living in the building, dog poop and urine in halls and on sidewalks, old inadequate workout equipment, pool closures, and an unprofessional management team with po... read more

for the residence that didnt show up for the dive in theatre, to watch SINGING IN THE RAIN, really missed out on a really fun night. Lela did a fantastic job in giving us a great night at the movies. we had popcorn, and all sorts of candy to enjoy while watching the movie. She plans on doing more of these so i hope more people will come and join the fun.
I moved into the apartment two and a half months ago. The staff made the transition very easy. Maintenance maintenance people are people are wonderful people are wonderful. I love my apartment, completely remodeled with completely remodeled with new appliances completely remodeled with new appliances.. I also love the pool and the I also love the pool and the sauna.. Highly. Highly recommended.
Nice and well maintained facility and office staff are friendly and very professional.
