Moved into the Morningstar apartments just over a month ago. I could not be happier with my decision, the community is quiet, incredibly well maintained and fhe staff are super nice. From receiving a welcome bag full of useful goodies when I moved in to a receiving a birthday card. I want to thank Megan, Nancy, Tito, Naomi & Daniel for making me feel most welcome but more importantly to responding quickly to any questions or issues.
I truly adore the entire Morningstar team. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful anytime I need them. I recently had an event in my home and Tito quickly came to the rescue. The office staff, Naomi, Megan, Dean and Dan are amazing contributions to the company! I appreciate how clean and well kept the property is for our residents. Nancy is doing a wonderful job and we love her!
Naomi (the most recent add to the Morningstar Team and Front Office) and Tito (maintenance), can’t be beat in professionalism, customer service and output in getting the job done. We have lived here for three year and while everyone is great, these employees really make a difference in making sure the community is kept up and the residents are happy. Thank you Morningstar management for hiring them and thank you Naomi and Tito for excellence!
Today, Tito came to fix my stove after I accidentally turned off the pilot lights while cleaning it. I wasn’t able to cook, but Tito showed up, repaired everything, and left it working like new! He even gave it a final cleaning, now it looks and works perfectly. Thank you, Tito, for your great help!
I live at Morningstar Apts and I really needed a maintenance man to come and help me out today! Devin B. Came to the rescue! He went above and beyond to get everything back in order and running properly! Professional, knowledgeable and so kind! You definitely want to have him around if you have a problem!
