Aloha Ching, so sorry to hear our Kona coffee didn't meet your expectations. If you prefer a bolder darker roast we do offer a French roast pour over or what we call our "lava roast." All of our Hawaiian coffee is roasted closer to a "city roast" or medium roast. We'll make it right on your next visit, promise!
