Horrible service. Nobody there listens or cares
Awful! Their services are terrible!! They can never find the school board or company you work for, leave you on hold for 3O min or more and they just don’t listen!! They send you to places an hour away from your residence when you have specifically told them you will not travel past a 10 km radius… i called today to inquire on an appointment and the agent never realized that he was connected… I could hear everything he was doing ( and he was NOT working!! ) but he did not answer!!
