Been with them for years, they've always been reliable. (2023, 5star) In 2025, I am changing this review after going here for years because as I was trying to make an in-person appointment, the lady making it questioned why I needed to be in-person & when I told her what it was for she questioned again, then ignored what I said and repeated a date for a telehealth visit. This office is a complete joke. I made an appointment in June and the earliest they could see my son was October, a week before the appointment they cancel and tell me that the next appointment is February. Then 3 days before the appointment in February they cancel me again due to the provider no longer being available that week. Customer service through this whole process has been worse than awful. Dr. Monica and her nurse were both rockstars! So knowledgable and they were great with my six year old son! We had planned to be there around 2 hours and we were in and out in an hour with testing! This is one of the few allergy offices that will do your new patient appointment AND testing the same day which is key when you’re dealing with kiddos! Thank you for everything!
Absolutely horrible! I am self pay so it is very expensive. I paid close to $1,000 between testing and appointments. Come to find out, they only tested my son for 30 out of 51 allergens! So now to find out of he is allergic to more things, they said I have to pay for yet ANOTHER appointment , which btw is $200, plus additional tests!
