I had a descent buying experience with them back in June. Now i had an accident with my certified pre-owned. When i bought the car they told me that the certified pre-owned would cover any issues i have whether it be collision or warranty issues. Come to find out that that is not true and now I don't have any rental car available since i was told i didn't need the coverage on my insurance because it would be covered through them. BE CAREFUL WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!!!
We had the best experience with our salesman Don Garner. No pressure told him our price range and what we were kind of looking for and he showed us vehicles in that price range and left the rest up to us. Great Experience! Love our new car! Thank you!
I grew up in a ford vehicle family, all white colored vehicles as well and thought I was going to pick out a ford to drive away in when I started car shopping. That is until Don showed me a jeep at morlan preowned. I ended up driving away tonight in a charcoal colored jeep Cherokee and I love it! So thankful to Don Garner for his help and kindness. Everyone at morlan was very friendly as Well!
