Bought vehicle in September of 2024, dealership Salesman gave me 3 set of keys for vehicle which all 3 key fobs worked , but the slide out metal key of 2 of the key fobs wasn't to my vehicle, IT notified the dealership 3 days later and here it is 7 months later and still no slide out metal keys for key fobs, everytime you call Salesman, Manager, or Service, you get a different story every time, and here it is April of 2025 and STILL NO KEYS...so if the 1 key i have ever get lost or key fobs stops working I'm screwed getting ... read more
I drove 2 hours to this dealership saturday to look at ( with full intentions on purchasing ) a car I have been talking to a sales man (*****************) there about since Wednesday. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle, however there is still on ongoing issue with the monetary side of things. The finance manager added a $3555 service plan to my total, which I explicitly said no to while doing the paperwork. Until this very day, I cannot get a credit on my statement for this money.
