Experience began well. Ended poorly. Shop around before you use this company and do not pay until the job is fully completed.
We bought their top carpet which was over $5k for 2 rooms, nearly 4 weeks later and they still haven't finished the job.. we have called several times asking when they will finish the edging and they keep saying they need to collect the edging from Newcastle... office staff rude and abrupt... they even asked when we will pay the remaining 50% ... so glad we haven't paid as i now need to find someone to finish the job ... stay clear of these people... they didn't even vacuum the carpet where they joined and cut it and there w... read more

From the very beginning, the team was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. The preparation work was absolutely impeccable, with great attention to detail and no corners cut.
