The day after moving in, the plumbing backed up to the point of sewage coming in thru the bath tubs. This was on a Saturday. We were told nothing could be done until Monday and to not use the toilets. They cleared the drains on Tuesday, and it backed up again by Thursday. This happened 2 more time before they finally repaired the plumbing outside the duplex. We broke the lease due to this and several other issues, and were hit with outrageous fees.
