Hello, I wanted to talk some ongoing concerns I've been facing since moving into my apartment in Lumina Hollywood.When I first arrived, there was a problem beneath the air conditioner, causing water to leak and an unpleasant odor. Although some repairs were attempted, the issue wasn't fully resolved as there was persistent water on the floor. Please be careful when considering the parking situation in Lumina Hollywood (which is managed by Morguard corporation), because by moving in here and paying for a place every month, you may be faced with the fact that a couple of assholes will put a car in your place and the only thing management will do is make the person at the front door print paper instead of solving this question globally at the management level 1 time effectively. Got random people parking in my PAID parking spot and management can not do nothing about it. That operations should.be figured out and this review will stay as long as its not done yet. Beware.
