INCREDIBLY INVASIVE! Do not lease from this company, their rates are some of the highest we have seen in the Calgary area. They have incredibly invasive tactics to keep the rent high, they do this by sending out multiple check ups / inspections on your building which are not mandatory for meeting health and safety standards but are forced upon us. Amy is incredibly rude as indicated in the message below. We had an inspection set for 4:30. I waited for 15 minutes before going downstairs to ask if anyone was coming. She said they did the inspection it the morning even though the time had been set and confirmed 2 days prior and said she didn’t want anyone there because it was easier. When I said that was rude she kicked me out of the office. Glad the Pinnacle has sold and I hope for the residents sake the new owner gets rid of Morguard.

Amy (Annie) at the pinnacle location was extremely rude to me and my mother. She is a co worker of Jackie and a filipino lady (both of them are very kind) but unlike her co workers amy (the new manager, with short dark hair) was extremely rude to my mother who was a tenant and me who went to office to help my mother with her language problem. I would like a full name of this manager to submit a complaint.
