A truly terrible experience! They left us in the waiting room for one hour without saying a word. No "Sorry for the delay, we're overbooked, thank you for your patience," nothing, not a word. All this time, we were the only ones in the waiting area and no other customers came or went. When we told the ladies we had to leave because of work, they just starred at us and did not say a word. Very creepy!
The staff and dr were wonderful.
