Dr Ben actually wants his patients to get better. If you do the stretches and listen to his advice you will get better. I only have to go in maybe every 4-8 weeks now and I used to go weekly. I only have to go in as often as I do because of my sitting desk job, when I am more active I don't have to visit as often at all.
I've had severe elbow problems (chronic pain, inflammation, etc ) now for years. After going through cortisone shots and then possibly looking at surgery, Dr. Ben adjusted my elbows! I've had zero recurrence in the left and only mild problems the right. Another visit to Dr. Ben has relieved the flare-up in the right elbow.
I have been to several Chiropractors over the years. Dr Ben is far and away the best. He is gentle, kind, thorough, and honest. He is not one of those Chiropractors that wants to adjust you 3 times a week for the rest of your life, he asks you to come back when you need to. I see him weekly right now for an acute issue. I push to come weekly, not him. He has helped me tremendously. My posture is better, I sleep better, in general, I feel better. Thanks Dr Ben!
