Never seen a doctor, or anyone in general for that matter, care less about something. Was in the room for maybe a minute and half, three minutes tops. Doctor would ask a question and then cut me off when i tried to answer answer. Wouldn't listen at all. Seemed like he was late for something. Most impersonal interaction I've maybe ever had. Don't have much confidence at this point. I'm not some boomer old person who complains about everything and distrusts doctors. Excellent care
Staff are very friendly. Dr. McChesney - took time to listen (no pun intended) to my symptoms, cleaned my ears and made several suggestions and scheduled a follow-up appointment. Very pleased with services.
I called today as a new patient to make an appt and the lady I spoke to was very rude stating, I guess I have to make you a new chart after explaining to her i was moving was from CO and needing a new doctor there. She completely acted like she was too lazy to make me an appt and a new chart and literally wanted me to call back another time… so I hung up on her and will be taking my business somewhere else.
