The worst place to ever live! Unless you don't work ! Or if you are best friend with the director you get everything free!!!! She let's her friend and family live there for barely paying anything and also let people live there and not be on the lease! I also got many letters that talk about the toys in my yard and let me tell you my kids had 2 bikes and 2 scooters all the toys she was talking about was her friend and she didn't even get a letter!
