Very disappointing to drive almost two hours to see a vehicle and it was already being worked up for another customer. Called ON THE WAY AND WAS ASSURED THE AVAILABILITY... even promised the keys were in a drawer being held for our arrival. No communication procedure between sales associates and lack of accountability. WONT do business with them again! We will be buying elsewhere!
