I recently had my 2014 Honda CRV serviced at Morganton Honda! This was the biggest disappointment! They were late picking up my car and late returning it. I had to sit outside my job and wait on them to get there!! I called the owner and all I got was I'm sorry! I will be taking my car elsewhere for service from now on.... As far as sales, I had an awesome salesperson. Karen Cole was AWESOME! She knew exactly what I wanted and she got it!!

I didn't have any luck finding the vehicle I wanted locally. My son found a pre owned Pilot Touring that was exactly what I wanted. We drove 3 hours to Morganton. We arrived and were greeted by Karan a sales person. She was very nice, friendly and took good care of us. She was very helpful and accomodating. I would recommend Morganton Honda to anyone wanting a new or used vehicle.☺
The service department is a HUGE disappointment. I tried for 4 months to get a warranty paint job done due to my paint fading on the top after them saying it would take a couple of weeks. Now that they have my car they said it would only be a week now it has been almost 2 weeks. I also wasn't even given a rental and had to borrow a family members vehicle. This is a huge disappointment and I will not bring my vehicle here again.
I have purchased 4 cars from Morganton Honda and Brenda Stafford. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have the best deal around and you will not be disappointed.
