Dr. Walton and staff could greatly benefit from a continuing ed class on serving the dementia patient. I had to start going with my mother to her appts when she was no longer able to drive or remember instructions. Staff treated me very oddly that I was going back with her. I eventually would follow the girl out of the room and say mom has dementia. Mom wasn't able to follow directions clearly or answer all the questions. This seemed irritating to them. Best professional service I've seen since moving home from Kentucky four years ago! I appreciated the extra efforts made to allay my fears,anxieties and misgivings. The assistant was very patient and courteous to me, the Doctor was knowledgeable and comfortably competent. I recommend this clinic!
Fed up is an understatement. I waited for my son’s glasses to come in and when they finally did I went to pick them up. Whoever went to get his glasses broke the frame and they had to order a new frame. So I wait 2 more weeks and call to see if they are ready yet and they said that the wrong frame was sent so now they have to order it and we have to wait AGAIN. I will never get glasses from this place again.
