The nurse and eye Dr were excellent but the front staff, Taylor needs to work somewhere not related to patients because she is utterly rude and has no common decency to say thank you, or have a nice day
I’ve been going here for years and they are very helpful and friendly. They are a bit on the expensive side, but I have VSP insurance, so my portion was quite reasonable. Great customer service! They even replaced my frame for free when the earpiece became damaged.
I had an issue with my right eye earlier this week where it was burning, watery, and swollen. I called the office asking to be seen in which I was told that the doctor wanted me to try some over the counter eye drops first. I again pleaded to be seen due to the pain I was in and got a return call from the nurse again saying that the doctor wanted me to try several over the counter eye drops and if I was not better within 2 days to come in on Thursday morning . Appointments are made far into the future. They are too busy for the size of the practice and they need to add more doctors. (Several doctors have or are about to retire.) Once you are at your appointment, the doctor (at least the one I saw) was knowledgeable and helpful, but he has since retired. I wear “hard” contact lenses and now there is nobody there who can prescribe them. I will have to find someone else.
