Joe arrived when he said he would and did a very thorough review of our electrical problem, including some dismantling, in order to track down a puzzling issue regarding our 12V system. At several points it just seemed mysterious but Joe persevered and, eventually, found exactly what was wrong and fixed it. He was extremely courteous, respectful and very determined to solve our problem. We would take him with us if we could!
