If I could give zero stars, I would. This building is overrun with rats and roaches, and management completely ignores the infestation. They also neglect basic safety; snow is never shoveled and salt is never laid down,no lights in front of the building nor in the hall way area/stairs creating a hazard. Inside the units, the situation is even worse—there is active black mold, and maintenance requests are a joke. I lived in this apartment community for about 3.5 years (June 2022–December 2025). During my stay, I always paid rent on time and never had any complaints or issues. Overall, day-to-day living here was fine. However, my move-out experience was extremely disappointing. When I moved in, I paid a $500 “credit approval fee,” which I later learned is non-refundable. Lived here since 2013 and last 2 years have been horrible here! We r saving to get out of here! Rent is too high! Pets are too big in apts, no carports, no storage units, no clubhouse welcome to residents, half the grills are missing and taken out, very noisy neighbors, break-ins, theft off of balconies and in cars, loud music, bad washers and dryers and only 2 washers and 2 dryers per building of 24 apts and never work.
