Darricka is so down to earth and polite. Manages property very well had maintenance in and out while taking care of all our questions and needs 10 out of 10 service
I have been here at Morgan's Landing for 19 Years, 13 Days. I have seen a lot of change over the years. Now it's on the Upswing with New Management. Repairs have been completed Quickly & Professionally. I am looking forward to another year here. The Apartment Complex looks Great! RGT
Office is open until 9 am instead of 8am I asked a maintenance guy they told me it open until 9 and I had to wait till 9am to open up
Altogether, this was a pleasant experience and I HIGHLY reccommend giving this place a try! Talk to Darricka!
We went and met with Darricka yesterday trying to get into a new apartment. She was so nice from the start, super friendly and knowledgeable about the complex. We left thinking the application fee was too much, but when she called us back the next day we took it as a sign to go ahead and apply. After an agonizing search for our new home, we were so happy and relieved when she called letting us know we were approved and able to move in the next day!
