Do not move here. They redid the outside of buildings to make it seem renovated, but the inside is landlord specialed with 15 layers of paint on everything, poorly covered up mold, and bugs in the building hallways. Pest control is supposed to come monthly, but they rarely do. Pool has been green off and on all summer. Obviously they are not taking care of it, who knows what could be growing in there. I took a tour with Cynthia and she was so professional and welcoming, the property was greatly maintained and she mentioned some great new amenities! I plan to apply!
Ive lived here 6 years I liked but this past year hasn't been great. People smoking Marijuana and office not doing anything about it. Smell even comes into my apartment. Not great situation.
