*** UPDATE*** The team has taken care of the ring and assured me they will continue to, I am giving 3 stars because it happened. Will continue to shop there, and received a beautiful watch for Valentines Day. I've had my engagement ring less then 6 months, and have already lost 2 stones... Now I look down and the bottom of the ring (the part that goes inside my hand) has a split in it! I know what the ring costs and for that price we shouldn't be having issues! The staff at Morgan's was incredible! Phil's grandparents bought their wedding rings from Morgan's and now we have ours from them. They worked with Phil to find me the perfect engagement ring and worked with us to find the perfect wedding bands, no matter how long it took!! They are the most friendly and helpful Staff and I couldn't imagine buying jewelry from anywhere else! Top notch!
