Signed with MTH in January... they were "close" to getting the permit. It's November now and they still do not have a permit AND will not follow our contract. It is very clearly marked SEWER but the want to put in a giant seepage pit and septic in our front yard. We argued this change and their response is they can do whatever they want at their discretion....
