Parking ticket written saying I took up two spaces when there was a car to the right of me and the left of me was a concrete pillar. Not sure how someone could park there. I paid the ticket anyway. Will never park there ever again

Joe Restaino at UBS on the 10th floor is a great investment broker. This building is very organized, with a great security guy. Great parking garage at downtown St Pete prices. Parking garage is easy to negotiate and off Central Ave, so look for it. The first floor has a central UPS and FEDEX mail centers and vending machines. The elevator is quick and easy. All restrooms have 2 grab bars, more than 5ft x 5ft space, and all hands free operation.
