Not good for temp parking for the Sundial as almost all parking spaces are now for reservation customers only. No elevator access from unreserved spots. Very expensive, street parking much better option.
Parking ticket written saying I took up two spaces when there was a car to the right of me and the left of me was a concrete pillar. Not sure how someone could park there. I paid the ticket anyway. Will never park there ever again
Super clean facility, friendly staff, easy parking garage, convenient access and location
Joe Restaino at UBS on the 10th floor is a great investment broker. This building is very organized, with a great security guy. Great parking garage at downtown St Pete prices. Parking garage is easy to negotiate and off Central Ave, so look for it. The first floor has a central UPS and FEDEX mail centers and vending machines. The elevator is quick and easy. All restrooms have 2 grab bars, more than 5ft x 5ft space, and all hands free operation.
