Joe Restaino at UBS on the 10th floor is a great investment broker. This building is very organized, with a great security guy. Great parking garage at downtown St Pete prices. Parking garage is easy to negotiate and off Central Ave, so look for it. The first floor has a central UPS and FEDEX mail centers and vending machines. The elevator is quick and easy. All restrooms have 2 grab bars, more than 5ft x 5ft space, and all hands free operation.
This employee is the worst parking attendant I've ever dealt with. He's not fit for the job. As you can see on the sign it says $15 including reserved. Me and my disabled son wanted to see a movie so we parked in the 1st available reserved space.. he immediately came out of the office and said I can't park there. I have to park past the blue sign ... It's a movable blue floor sign that can be placed anywhere. I informed him that the sign said including reserved spot.
