Not a welcoming place for families
I lived in Greentree Village for a couple of years and never had any problems. When I moved out, I was a sent a bill for a bunch of charges. The bill specifically states "do not call greentree village" and directs any disputes to the email address they provide. The bill they sent was so unclear that it didn't even show the credit they were applying using my security deposit.
