Today, Danny came to fix my bathroom. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite.
Joel from maintenance came to my apt. to do some repairs and did a very excellent job.
Maintenance - My experience with the maintenance staff has been excellent. Most recently, staff member Danny Rijos responded to an issue in my apartment. He quickly assessed the issue and helped take steps to resolve it. He also went above and beyond to fix a secondary issue.
Maintenance: Danny Rios was awesome. He went above and beyond. Danny is the type of employee every apartment complex should have. We really need more dedicated people like Danny. Thanks so much Danny - really appreciate all you did : )
Management is poor, the building has lots of leaks, laundry room has sooooo much issues.
