Uncovered insulation (health hazard). Mold improper remediation. See pictures attached. Currently having an issue at your red lion property and no one has responded to me directly. Dangerous living situations should never be handled this way.
This company doesn't even deserve one star. The issues we have with our apartment both this and the last both owned by this company seem to always just be "policy" put in place by these owners. They DO NOT CARE about the tenants AT ALL. They care about a profit and spending as little as possible to make that profit.
