Please avoid renting any properties or apartments owned by Morgan Properties or their subsidiary, The Boardwalk at Westlake Apartments. My experience with them was terrible, from the leasing office staff's attitude to the inadequate maintenance provided. I regret paying my monthly rent on time for the year I lived at 6015 Westlake North Drive, Apt D. The apartment equipment was either refurbished or merely painted to cover wear and tear.
