The floor in your apartment will come up, ALWAYS always changing management, let’s not talk about your ac in the summer. They let you stay without AC forever. I broke my lease and got the hell out of there.
I have been living with mold since I moved in. Was told it isn’t mold. Got the city to check it’s in fact black mold. Ac been out for months. Went out in 100 degree weather. I have 3 babies. 1 whom was literally just born not even a week prior to my ac breaking, a almost 2 year old and a 3 year old. The office people are really rude and made horrible excuses and accusations. Still today I don’t have my ac fixed. The lady who works the front desk, Ellen I believe, is incredibly rude. Asked about possibly applying and she asked how much I make in a year. I told her and she told me I made too much money to rent there. That’s fine and all, but I asked if she could give me an explanation on it and she became very rude and crass with me. It was horrible customer service for someone to have.
