My roommate and I have lived at Morgan Place for nearly two years and have never been late on a rent payment. We’ve always paid on time, primarily through the online resident portal. This month, without warning, we log in and are greeted with a message saying our account does not allow online payments. No notice. No explanation. I’ve lived at Morgan Place with my roommate for nearly two years, always paying rent on time through the online portal. This month, we log in and suddenly can’t pay—no notice, no explanation. First I do want to say that I do love my apartment and the community is quiet. However my only unjoyful experience about this place is having to deal with the leasing agent Chantesea. She does not answer the phone or emails unless you’re moving in or you owe an amount that is incorrect, you have to go into the office to address a simple concern and she has an attitude when ever you have a simple question or concern which frustrates the residents who pay to live here. TERRIBLE PLACE! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! It is infested with roaches! No matter how clean your apartment is the roaches never go away. I lived here 6 months before breaking my lease and moving elsewhere! Out of the 6 months of living in hell they only sent pest control to my apartment TWICE out of the millions of times I complained. Also, pest control was a waste because when they came they only sprayed a few places in my kitchen and that didn’t help a bit. They’re unprofessional and slumlords. This will be a lengthy review because I want to make sure I get all the (what I deem important) details in. The previous management for these apartments were Cushman and Wakefield, but during my lease the property management had changed to Greystar.
