so in 2013 I moved into morgan place apts and I loved it but Theresa was manager and all was wonderful.until 2020 and its has been a total nightmare for me,my neighbors are horrible and they have had problems with the tenants in apt J and me ,I live in apt.L and I am moving out after 8 years,these people have broke my chairs and cause chaos for me and then have stolen my packages and lied on me ,they are trouble loud music and the parking lot drowing with the smell of weed froom him smoking in the parking lot and they don't ... read more
