This place used to be great quick and fast on Morgan. They moved to Alameda and it's gone down hill. You wait for over an hr in the waiting room, to be put in a backroom. Then once in the back room 30 more minutes to be seen. The nurse refused to give me a copy of shot record and insisted I give her a fax number because she was ready to clock out at 5. I love Dr. Rigonan! She is patient, calm and kind. She is very very thorough, which is greatly appreciated considering how important a full body mole check can be. She has helped me with a few other issues as well. I highly recommend her!

I made an appt w Dr. Rigonan for two well child visits for my two teenagers. They were able to set up an appt within days of my call. I went days before the appt to sign medical release forms for my two kids. I also asked for the new patient paperwork and apparently they don’t have one because all the medical questions are being asked during the visit. I always have difficulty finding doctors who give me timely responses and are dependable. Dr. Rigonan has helped me with a couple of skin issues on my back, and even answered questions after the procedure when I got concerned about how I was healing and how to prevent future issues.
