they dont know how to call back I called on April 5, letting know that I got hit and the person insurance low ball the offer on their estimate. ok someone will call you back regardless if we take the case or not call back on April 12 week later. was transferred to the office and I quote from the female who took the call that day" they still looking over your case" unqutoe my reponse and I quote " but it's been a week " unquote . well I must say they still looking over my case to decide whether they will take only been a mont... read more
I had to initiate the follow up only to learn my case wouldn’t be handled by them. They’ll sure refer you to the Florida Bar though to keep hunting representation.
Broke my hip while already off on workman’s comp and I could never talk to my attorney always got his assistant and maybe get a phone call 2 or 3 days later. Ended up taking offered settlement just to keep from losing everything
