They can learn to communicate better with the people who hire them. How does it take someone WEEKS to reply to an email or phone call?! It has been 2 years since retaining this company after Irma hit our town directly and we are not one step closer to seeing any results. All we ever hear from our lawyer is "It'll be a few more months." and yet no progress is ever really made. If you are having issues with your insurance paying out your claim for hurricane damage DON'T HIRE THIS FOOLS.
