i hired Morgan and Morgan to help me with my SSDI claim. i had heart surgery and that what i won the case on. first of all i did not collect as much as Morgan and Morgan said i would than after SSDI gave them there cut they billed me an aditional 330. which if i give it to them would be half the money i won. now they are treating me to sue me. they are a gready law firm tring to nickel and dime you.

We are only paid if we obtain benefits for a claimant and the Social Security Administration has to approve our fee. Our fee contract also agrees that our client is responsible for the costs associated with the case. I contacted Morgan and Morgan two weeks ago. They took down information including a lot of very personal information. I stated that I did not approve of them referring my case. I never heard back in any format. I called just now. They referred my case against my explicit direction not to. And they will not say who they referred the case to. Do not trust this law firm. M & M claim to represent veterans in their disability claim with the va. On 3/1/2021 I submitted the documents they asked for, didn't hear from them.
