First I would like to stare I had an easy case. My case was excepted. I went through 3 attorneys with no knowledge, I had to chase my case with each attorney. The last attorney Joshua ****** closed my case and never even reached out. My case was passed around like a hot potato. I spent over a $100 on mailing out letters. They are not for the people. Too big to be bothered. Won't talk to attorney so if you have legit legal questions and need guidance you will be disappointed. One word--CROOKS. This law firm and the chiropractors and medical specialists are in cahoots! Both the firm and the medical carriers received more money than me and I was low-balled in my settlement and I am the injured party.

I am extremely pleased with the way Morgan & Morgan handled my case. This was a low $$ case, but for me it was the princible behind it that mattered the most. My case was botched from the beginning. After telling my case manager that my phone company wouldn't release records without a subpoena, It took them 1.5 years to get them. Then after them having them for six weeks my attorney finally called to say the records showed me as being on the phone at the time of the wreck. He emailed the records to me finally and after five minutes of looking at them I showed the attorney how to read them. They actually showed I wasn't on the phone.
