My attorney is Mr. Brad ********* he will not return my calls, texts or emails. I have signed the paperwork and got them notarized and sent them back to him. He told me and it was in the paperwork that once the judge signed off on it that I would have my money in 14 days. Well the judge signed off on it on February 14th and I haven't got it yet. My sister in Memphis was struck by a car while walking in a Wal-Mart parking lot on April 10, 2022. She had a broken hip and a fractured pelvis, which required surgery. She only missed 6 months of work because she was very aggressive with her physical therapy. A staff member of Morgan & Morgan actually witnessed the accident, so she engaged them. My daughter and I were in a car crash, to know fault of our own. On top of the hole thing my daughter was pregnant, with my grandson. Morgan and Morgan, took our case only to Notify me months later, that I did not have the right insurance and they will not pursue my case. So Mr. John Morgan, should not be able to , go on national television, in my View this is false advertisement.

Never ever use Morgan and Morgan they are the absolute worst lawyers I ever used. They will give you a paralegal that doesn't know anything. You will almost never hear from your lawyer. They will not keep you informed step by step. You will most likely never meet the lawyer and they will trick you into settling without providing you with the final medical bills. Please stay away from them the are soooooo bad.

They are not very personal and they don't call you back and they don't give you no updates I wouldn't recommend Morgan and Morgan to anybody very disappointed in John Morgan he says he cares about people witch is not true Morgan and Morgan only cares about Morgan and Morgan they only care how much money they get they don't care about their clients worse law firm that I ever had to deal with

This is the worst law firm ever. They are not for the people. I have yet to speak to my attorney only his paralegal. I get one story after another. Days before a response is given. They honestly only care about big money. I am still in pain and have had surgery which of course they never gave me an option to not have or get a second opinion. Was told I'd have my settlement after Christmas 2022 and here we are in February of 2023. I definitely don't recommend them and wish I could go to someone else.

I was involved in T-Mobile data breach I got a email from T-Mobile letting me know my data had been breached. Morgan & Morgan's ads are misleading. They make you think you're going to get thousands of dollars. After nearly a year of waiting I was offered $100 not $1,000 not $10,000 but ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I have went ahead and contacted the Florida State attorney general's office, the ic3.gov which is a branch of the FBI since I contacted Morgan & Morgan via the Internet and the internet is the FBI's jurisdiction.
