Hard to get in contact with ANYONE! They changed my case manager, lawyer, and legal assistant without notifying me in the middle of negotiations. They are not what they claim to be.

This is the worst experience of my life. My case was settled one month and six months later I didnt have a check and when the check signature arrived. This firm took almost one half of the money. So that’s a beautiful story he tells on television. For my next case I’m hiring anyone out of college.

Warning do not use these people!!! I called them 2 days after my incident. The first team lost all evidence and didn't tell me anything that was going on. Just got a call that they are now dropping me bc it's 2 years later and they lost my evidence. Thats literally what the man said. He proceeded to tell me that they were going to drop my case. The lawyer's are intelligent and able to win a case but after the case settles, you are no longer important and there is no response or correspondence when you reach out. They have a compliant line which they are required to call you back or respond within 72 hours. It has now been one month and have never received a call back or email on the case. Morgan & Morgan is not for the people. 10 years ago I hired Morgan &Morgan to represent me,and it was the worst experience, no contact for months and months, until I call them, and after waiting for a response I have to talk to different Paralegals, after all was said and done "After 10 years" later, case was won, Morgan &Morgan got their money I haven't received anything. It was like I didn't matter to them. For the people, is just a BS slogan. I would not refer Morgan & Morgan to no 1 ever.

I would never recommend Morgan & Morgan even to my worst enemy. Lack of communication and lack of understanding. They sont me to a chiropractor. Chiropractor sont me for mri. I was deemed totally disabled. Lost my job, lost my place to live???? Now I am currently homeless sleeping in my vehicle. My calls and messages go unanswered. All of this is extremely frustrating and disappointing. NO STARS!!!!

Had ssdi claim with them and my case manager did not work for them anymore and I was not notified my time ran out and I had no claim anymore, no communication.
They have been my attorney for almost 3yrs. It's always impossible to get them to respond to call or answer any! They received part of the settlement took their portion but put the rest in an escrow account wich is gathering interest that they will keep. So they get extra$$ on top of the percentage they already took. This entire experience has not been all that great .
