Get directionsI kept getting my case transferred to different paralegals, communication is horrible. I always had to call and get updates about my settlement finally received my settlement. Had funds held up in trust and a whole yr and a half still waiting on my DC check and again getting sent from paralegal to paralegal and nobody seems tohave answers why my funds is held up in accounting. I do not recommend this firm so not professional.

My grandson maternal grandmother Deidra Coston had a lawsuit pending with Morgan and Morgan, but unfortunately she passed away the first week of May of 2022. She was gone a few days then someone called her phone from Morgan and Morgan to let her know that her lawsuit had been settled. They have contradictory practices and my experience is they treat clients based on the size of the case. I have a case settled in March and the communication has been poor about my funds. I have gotten run around from Micheal ******* to Mathew snd zMarleny his assistants. I had to go to the office about my ignored calls and emails. Would not recommend, these folks can't even return an email, let alone tell you anything about the case, got hit by an s.u.v a month ago, they just now got the police report, and all my guestions have gone un answered, this firm is too big to care about the little guys...

Morgan and Morgan seem to be doing a good job. I’m just unclear on the time frame in my case. I’m suffering with severe anxiety and depression. The waste Incenerator in east Liverpool has been putting out the train derailment crap in my city that I’m only a mile away from. Get the job done please

Horrible experience do not go here I was told to go to an after care but before I went I asked if I would be charged for any of this I was told no I would not have gone to some stupid yoga class 3 times a week for an hour if I would have known they where going to drop my case and charge my insurance company and then make me pay the thousands of dollars in bills I really don’t feel I should have to pay these bills I almost died they gave up on my case so fast and it was not my fault please help me get these bills off of me I’... read more

So I have been trying to figure out what is going on with this ******** lawsuit. No one can tell me the reason why my case is being turned down, but yet I keep getting voicemails that say I qualify. No one can tell me why the lawyers are turning down my case.
