Very irresponsible. Took my case then notified all medical party’s involved . Then decide to drop my case and have not notified the medical party’s and my attorney can’t speak to them until they do. They are causing me a big delay in my case. I am glad they dropped my case. Wouldn’t want them on any case. They have caused me great problems.

My case was extremely complicated, I had years of surgery along with a complicated previous medical issues. I was impressed with my case manager Vicky and my lawyer Jeanette always being on top of my case. When ever I asked about something going on with my case they had the answers for me. Everyone I have spoke with have been very nice, polite and kind. Never an unkind words or letting me know that what I was going through meant something to them.
Recently contacted Morgan & Morgan about a case, spoke to a young lady on the phone who took my personal info then put me on hold came back asked me a few questions about my case put me on hold again. Finally she came back on the phone to tell me they couldn't take my case and I asked her why and she told me that's what she was told. Then she said that maybe another department might be able to help she transferred me over and the same process started again with the personal questions and eventually declining to take the case... read more
