I was in a auto accident on 1/22. I hired M&M as my attorney. I signed the authorization form. I was assigned a case manager. My doctor recommended Physical Therapy, I gave c/m the information. From that time she did not communicate with the Physical Therapist. I started P/T, while in P/T, I went to my appt (I was going to PT 2 times a week), I was told Lawyer had not contacted P/T office, therefore they had to cancel MY appointments until c/m contacted them. Go else where! My mom sustained a injury due to a fall at a store because of spilled debris. She barely heard from them through out the whole process and hardly ever got updates regarding her case. They took 6+ years to finally take to trial just to not have investigated enough. The trial was a joke. Although there was a video of the fall and clearly it was the store fault the case was lost. They're not for all people all lies lies and lies. They're only about the money. I will never use them again. This company is a rip off,I hired them to help me get my social security approved and they received $6000 for doing nothing.I never even spoke to the attorney and his representative that handle my case barely answered any of my emails which she told me to contact her that way because it’s more convenient and she told me she would update me every 4 weeks on my case which she never did and when she did answer my emails she would usually respond with you will have to wait for a letter from social security but when I called soci... read more

The communication has been terrible, I feel that my 2 case workers/ team were probably working over a 100 case alone, so yes you are just a number. Trying to get answers once they settle your case is next to nothing. I was told over 4 months ago when my case settled I would get my settlement check 30- 60 days , 4 months later no settlement check?? I just want my check, yet every time a call I’m hung up on our no one is available to answer my questions, how are you the largest law firm , but yet your customer service sucks!! ... read more
