We have a new manager whos name is Kim, she was called yesterday and today about a neighbors a/c being out I was present when the call was made. She advised my neighbor to go to a motel until Monday. I thought that if it was an emergency that the front office would take care of it in this hot weather. I know Jean comes in sometimes and she is has been great to work with and I believe that the new management needs to be talked to about importance of attending all resident's needs. Was nice, now a slum I have lived in Morgan Meadows for 2.5 years since March 2013. Everything was fine under the Landlady Ms. Jean, but she passed away this winter. In June, my refrigerator went out and I submitted a maint. request on June 18th. It's now October 8th, and I still do not have a refrigerator. They took it upon themselves to mow my lawn and then had the audacity to submit a lawn bill for $50 when I still don't have a working fridge.
