I can’t imagine an agent doing more than Morgan did to help my parents sell their house in Palo Alto. I’ve always felt agents are over-compensated, especially in the bay area. Morgan flipped that notion on its head. He added value throughout the entire process. Morgan’s business is nearly entirely based on referrals from previous clients, typically high-end (Atherton, PA, MP).
