I know, I know, Dr. Morgan is a male Obstetrician-gynecologist. Visiting a gynecologist can already be an awkward and uncomfortable experience. He has always made me feel comfortable, he is funny which helps when you are nervous, and he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and experienced. If he were to retire, I don't know who would measure up. So please do not not get your yearly exams or if you think you have a health condition keep you from seeing a GREAT Dr.
Horrible experience. Was pregnant with my first and agreed to a cervical check for my appointment, specifically asking him to tell me before he was about to start and to fully explain what he was going to do as he performed the check. He started to talk about random things trying to distract me I guess and without any consent from myself or warning, he shoved his finger up very fast and I gripped the table and it gave me a contraction. I came to see Dr. Morgan on the recommendation of my GI doctor for a second opinion on a problem, and I really like how he took me seriously and treated me in general. Since then I've become pregnant and chosen to stick with him as my OB because he's easy to talk to and his office is a comfortable experience as well as being comprehensive care (eg, in-office counselors for PPD and taking mental health and anxiety about women's health seriously).
