The worst property management company! They are unreachable and unhelpful.
Change your staff and application system. The application process is extremely painful and flawed, filled with errors. I pointed this out to the staff and told them that I had been in the office multiple times, repeatedly asking if any other documents were needed, but they never said anything at the time. I went to the leasing office twice, and still, they didn’t mention anything. The people at these apartments are really thoughtful, who cares about their tenants needs. Maintenance people are very attentive and very professional. They listen to our needs about every aspect of the living areas. Great place to live in!😊
