I would not recommend this property management company at all due to significant communication delays and difficulty obtaining a response regarding a disputed charge. Despite multiple emails, phone calls and attempts with both the apartment complex (The Richmond at Uptown) and Morgan Group we were unable to have the issue resolved and account was sent to collections resulting in a significant negative impact on our credit score.
I went to The Carter the black African woman at the desk was extremely cut off she said she had a tour at 4 pm did not offer options as far as I can see if I can do a group tour a gentleman in training stood up gave me floor plans and initiated prices (when I first asked for prices she clearly said there is a website with prices) with her she could have asked the other gentleman their who was nicely dressed if he could tour me THERE ARE ALAWAYS OPTIONS “no” is never the Or saying 4 pm is my last tour she also said the websit... read more
For the best of the best, The Lane does not disappoint!! The location is amazing, feels like a quiet neighborhood—then go for a quick walk and you’re on the Waterway. The apartments are gorgeous and the floorplans are awesome. My kitchen island is the size of an eight-seat dining table! Brianna at the front is super friendly and helpful, and the Manager, Melissa Corley, is extremely professional and on top of everything. They are an amazing team. So lucky to find this place!
Since my last review got removed **this has already been report to police** but I was told I could let the property know. I recently submitted an inquiry using my personal email and phone number on the website in march 18th An employee by the name of Alexis Lopez used that information without consent to order for a THC (marijuana) using my email address to receive the invoice and name on the bill to on march 30th.
