Still no security deposit after move-out. Property keeps citing a “60-day” timeline that contradicts Texas law (30 days). This is a corporate failure. Stop stalling, pay what you owe, and fix your processes. Would not recommend doing business with this company, and do not rent any property managed by this company.
Be weary if you ever have a issue the requires the assistant of someone beyond onsite staff. They refuse to give out name or title so you can get further assistance. Furthermore if you do choose to lease please read the lease addendums very carefully and what you are able to opt out/opt in to. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’ve lived at this property for over 5 years and management has become worse and worse over the years. No one responses. You can’t get a hold with a manager and there’s no manager on site. Not only that, but some of the people at the front desk are very rude and unhelpful. I’m glad I finally moved out.
DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. Worst management company, unprofessional, unresponsive, and unable to get your issues resolved.
I lived at Instrata Upper Kirby when it was owned by Morgan Group - management was incredibly incompetent
