Take it from a former original tenant who lived at a Morgan property for 15 years: DO NOT RENT AT ANY PROPERTIES which are owned/managed by Morgan. The "glowing reviews" which you may see on here are not what they seem. They mostly come from tenants who lived there for a very short time. I am unfortunately dealing with an apartment building that was poorly built with extremely thin walls. Though this seems to be the norm for most apartments nowadays, what I am experiencing is extremely frustrating. I have an upstairs neighbor who moves and drags furniture and stomps all day AND night. When I originally reported the furniture being moved during our quiet hours, I was told by management that moving furniture during those hours was not OK. Caroline at Memorial is a terrible property. As one of the first residents, it’s astounding to see how much the property has declined in just 1.5 years. There are constant issues: excessive noise, unstable electricity with random power outages inside units, cheap walls and flooring, and frequent car tire thefts. Fire alarms go off 2–3 times every other night, and the common areas are often not thoroughly cleaned. The leasing agents can be hit or miss, but the property manager is especially frustrating.
