Start to finish was the smoothest experience ever...Admin staff are top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. PAs are excellent and up to speed on everything. Dr Morgan is who I'd reccomend to anyone and everyone. He is relaxed and never rushed...puts you at ease and is 100% thorough in discussing diagnosis, and treatment options. I have seen many dermatologists over the years...this is the first practice I have had complete faith and confidence in. 5 Stars all day long (6 if it was available)
Took forever to get an appt for an annual full body scan. I had it down for 4pm but office said it was at 3:45pm when I arrived at 3:58pm to check in. Front desk girl said she would have to “check with the provider since you’re late.” She came back a few minutes later and said “unfortunately she is done for the day and leaving so she can’t see you.” I find that ridiculous especially since I have been in this office in the past and have waited upwards of 40 minutes for someone to call my name. Poor. Gave me assistants when I was expecting and told my exam would be by the Physician. Took 6 mos for the apt and 20 Mins for exam.. I di not like a woman examining me and was not told ahead of time this would happen..

I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Best dermatology doctor ever! He is very thorough and has great bedside manner. He is great with kids. His staff are a pleasure to deal with. The office is very clean. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know!
