Her communication was poor and she is difficult to reach so if you are having a flare, good luck reaching her. Also, there wasn’t any assistance with the patient portal. The instructions I was given didn’t work and no one responded to my emails or voicemails requesting assistance.
I tried to call to make an appointment but the person said they don't accept my insurance. I told them I had received a list from my insurance provider, and she asked me what my insurance was. When I told her I thought they didn't accept my insurance she said she hadn't heard me. I asked her, well then how do you know you don't accept my insurance? She was so rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.
