I apologize for the lack of elevator, but we always accommodate those unable to make it up the stairs. During the lunch hours we are able to seat you on the main level which is accessible via a ramp. In the evening hours we typically have our Creekside dining available to that menu which requires no stairs or ramp. Can you elaborate on the kitchen closing and at which hour you were hoping to dine?

food was served cold. management response was to blame the kitchen. food was sent back. came back out and was still poor quality. a reorder was made and after a 30 minute wait we informed the manager and again he blamed the kitchen. we then left with out eating.
