I’ve been living here for a few months now and honestly it’s been a really good experience. One thing that stands out the most is how quiet it is. I almost never hear my neighbors, which makes a huge difference when you just want to relax at home. When I first toured the place, Jerrell showed me around and he was really friendly and easy to talk to. I moved in to Rivers Pointe Apartments in the beginning of February, and I am so incredibly happy that I did. Jarell was amazing to work with and he went above and beyond to make sure that I knew about all of my options, to work with my timeline, and also to make the process as quick and easy as possible. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly, and comfortable community and a beautiful apartment to make their own!

Really happy with this apartment.. The building is clean, well maintained, and the location is very convenient. The move-in process was smooth and everything in the unit was ready when I arrived. The leasing process was also straightforward and easy. Jarrell was helpful during the process and made sure everything moved along smoothly.

Manager and Leasing Agent very helpful. My building is very quiet . The garages are directly in front of your apartment and each garage has an outside light. Walkways and parking lots are plowed when needed. The sidewalks are shoveled and treated with Rock Salt. Anxious to see more when spring comes.
