We moved in 9/16. Jarell and Will were both very accommodating, kind, professional, and sensitive to our needs. Both are very easy to work with. The apartment was clean, other tenants were friendly. Can’t comment on the fitness center or the pool area as we have not used these. Love the attached garage, however there are a few disadvantages of living on the first floor . Great apartment, great staff.
Jarell was incredible to work with. He made our transition from house to apartment easy. He was patient with us as we were moving from Florida and I was quite nervous. He always returned my calls timely. We are happy with our apartment. We've only called for an issue once and maintenance was there the next day. We are waiting for a storage closet but they are all full at the moment. Once one is open we will get it. The apartments are close to so very much, shopping, restaurants, banks, grocery stores.
Rivers Pointe is a high end living space with excellent amenities and services. I am new to the geographical area and had a smooth transition with management very accommodating and caring. The property and grounds are clean and well kept with efficient and effective assistance from the maintenance department. My neighbors are friendly and kind. We could not say enough great things about our experience so far at Rivers Pointe Apartments. From the moment we first inquired about the property, we felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely valued. Jarell met with my fiancé for the initial tour and truly made the entire experience seamless—from walking us through the different apartment layouts to patiently answering every single one of my fiancé’s questions throughout the visit.
