We could not say enough great things about our experience so far at Rivers Pointe Apartments. From the moment we first inquired about the property, we felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely valued. I just moved in, and the apartment was extremely clean and everything is in working order. Jarell worked with me to find the type of apartment that I wanted and was always responsive to my calls and emails. He really helped to make the moving experience easy. The community has been very welcoming.

From application to move-in, Jarell and team were super helpful and on top of things. All my emailed questions were answered within hours, all information was given in an easy to follow/read move in packet and most paperwork was done online before move in so getting the keys wasn't a long process. We were even able to add on a garage day of. Everything was easy and quick, even requesting maintenance (although we have had many maintenance issues in the first couple of weeks)!! From touring the building through moving in, every aspect of my experience was warm, pleasant, and professional. I had to move last minute and I stopped in the office and spoke to Jarell. He was beyond nice and very helpful. The communication via email with Jarell was prompt and he always answered any questions.The whole process from the application to the move in date was professionally done. I’m very impressed how beautiful the apartments are and they are stunning. The fact they allow pets is a plus as well.
