I was very happy with Dr. Callahan. I went there multiple times for epidurals and Cortizone shots in my spine. I had major back surgery ,spinal surgery technically in 2019 and I went to see her as my pain management doctor. She did everything she could but the shots only lasted a few days and I lost my insurance and couldn’t see her any longer, but was very satisfied with her as a doctor and her overall health plan for me.
I wish I could give her 0 stars. She has no knowledge about CRPS and told me incorrect things. She refused to treat my severe pain within 2 minutes of seeing me without asking me and questions. If anyone wants more info feel free to contact me. She doesn’t deserve to be a md.
Never ever under any circumstances let her give you an epidural.
